PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Due to company-wide strategic initiatives, Iron Mountain decided to transform its existing Ogden building to a new transportation hub. To make this plan a reality, our Team created a new transportation office to coordinate, dispatch, and execute routes for a majority of the Greater Chicagoland market. Office renovations included a new transportation coordination center, private offices, breakout areas, huddle spaces, training rooms, conference rooms and a break room. In addition to the office renovations, large-scale dock and staging area modifications were also required. Existing areas were updated to include a fully functional 11-position loading dock and a 20,000 square foot staging area with new lighting and ventilation. Thanks to this successful project and seamless transition, several Iron Mountain operations teams are now able to run a large portion of their Chicago fleet from this new transportation hub.
